Ten days in Tokyo in April for Pragma Tokyo.
The Imperial Palace was one highlight. There is a lot of quiet in the middle of the largest city in the world, and the grounds are kept with a level of care you notice straight away.
Haneda was the other. I have run enough events to know how hard smooth logistics are, and Haneda makes it look effortless.
The ramen was perfect and the shopping was perfect. At 5'1" I fit right in.
The photo is me in front of a ward election poster board. There was also a small flower shop near the hotel that sold exactly eleven stems, each one perfect.
